ニュージーランドのりんご♪
今は つがる、紅ロマン、未希ライフなど
国産の新りんごが出てるけど
8月の国産閑散期には、輸入りんごが
売り場の大部分を占めていた。
ソニャは
アニメに出てきそうな形のりんご。
柔らかくて 粉質。
酸味より甘味のほうが強いけど
全体的に香りも味も薄い。
エンヴィは
丸くて小ぶりの赤いりんご。
甘味も酸味もあるけど
やっぱり 香りや味は薄い。
食感は しゃきしゃきしてるので
暑い日のデザートにするほか
サラダに入れるのも良さそう。
キクはエンヴィそっくり。
シールがなければ同じに見えるけど
よく観察したら キクには白い点々がない。
甘い香りで
いちばん日本のりんごに似てる。
甘味のほうが強くて酸味は少ないけど
上二つと同じく
国産と比べると味は薄い。
パリパリの食感で
そのままでもおいしいし、
香りがあるので
お菓子作りに使うのも良さそう。
